WELCOME TO LEGEND HILLS
Legend Hills is a beautiful residential community located in upscale Edgewater with gorgeous views of New York City and the Hudson River. Views from our apartments are breathtaking. One can watch the New York City skyline come alive, the Empire State building changing colors or simply watch boats sail down the Hudson River.
Our complex is just minutes from great shopping at City Place, Edgewater Commons, Town Centre, the Binghamton Shopping Plaza and Mitsuwa Marketplace. All are located on the river side of River Road and bordered by the River Walk. Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s, Mitsuwa, Pathmark and the A&P are all within a 5 minute drive.
We are centrally located with buses to NYC just down the street and the new Edgewater Ferry 7 minutes away. The Lincoln Tunnel and GWB are both approximately a 10 minute drive. We have a shuttle service from the Legend Hills parking lot to the Edgewater Ferry. This service is available only during peak hours.
PETS are allowed in the Legend Hills Complex.
SECURITY
Security is very important to the Board Members. There are multiple security cameras located inside the Residential Complex and access to the complex is restricted. Guests can call residents from the security gate call box and be buzzed in through the gate by the resident. Additionally, each unit comes pre-wired for an alarm system which can be set up through any alarm company.
We would also like to remind you once again of some safety tips: if you have a security alarm system, turn it on when your leave your home even if you’re just staying local, remove your valuables and weapons from the master bedroom it is the one of the first rooms to be searched, install timers to control lights, if you are not in your garage keep it closed, lock all doors and windows. Report any suspicious activity to the Police.
We always recommend that if you are going to be away for any length of time that you notify the Police.
